SPA RESERVATIONS: We require a credit
card number at the time of booking a service. There will be no
charge made on the card unless our Policy for Cancellation is not
honored.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any
schedule change or cancellation for a single service. 48 hour notice
is required for changes or cancellations of multiple services, SPA
Packages OR Group Bookings. No-shows will be billed the entire
service amount and cancellations of less than the required notice
will be billed at 50%. All cancellations must be made by calling
603-898-4224 during Business Hours.
CONFIRMATION CALLS: As a courtesy to
our clients we confirm appointments two days before scheduled
appointments.
GIFT
CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates will be redeemed at the
value for which they were purchased. A credit will be issued for all
unused amounts or services. Gratuity can not be given with gift
certificate dollars.
PUNCTUALITY: Please arrive 15 minutes
prior to any first time appointment to fill out the appropriate
forms and to ensure you receive the complete time reserved for you.
CHILDREN: We kindly
request that you consider your child's safety and bring them only if
you have an appointment of 15 minutes. Visage doesn't offer child
supervision.
STAFF SELECTION /
CHANGES: We try to fulfill your request for specific
technicians but reserve the right to make changes if necessary. All
Visage SPA Staff are trained to ensure quality service and excellent
technical skill.
GRATUITY: It is customary to provide
a 10-20% gratuity to the technician if you feel the service met your
expectations. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected
and are not included in our service prices.
